Taung (Place of the Lion) is one of South Africa's mega villages.It is home to some 100+ cluster villages in the North West Province(NWP)and hinges along the Northern Cape Provincial (NCP) border.It is a vibrant rural community with both generic as well as peculiar challenges.
This is where we find Taung Education Enrichment Centre (TEEC). The centre that has been central for teacher and learner development for some two decades.
